Years of experience has taught us that pirates are both innovative and ruthless.  For this reason we only recruit from within the British Armed Forces, Royal Marines and both UKSF (UK Special Forces) and SASF (SA Special Forces).  The recruitment process does not stop there.  We only accept elite applicants who are rigorously tested to ensure that they meet the SPMS standard.  Our service men and women do not rest on their laurels, regular training is provided to ensure that they stay one step ahead of the pirates.
